Why do people keep putting these two on magazine covers?

I have said some pretty bitchy things about the previous owners of 325, albeit some well-deserved (cough: wallpaper). But I have to give them some credit here. Just this week, a patch of peonies bloomed where there was once nothing but dirt. Could there be a better surprise?
